Job summary

Lone Star College-CyFair is seeking a Manager, Campus Property Services to lead the daily operations of building maintenance, custodial and grounds across campuses. You will develop SOPs, manage schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure reliable facilities services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong CMMS/BAS knowledge, and a proven ability to improve safety, efficiency and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, BAS, and facility management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire codes, and hazardous materials handling.
• Familiarity with building codes and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of building maintenance, custodial and grounds.
• Lead and coordinate department activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Review reports and budgets, manage contracts with external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Collaborate across campuses on SOPs and initiatives.
