Lone Star College-CyFair is seeking a Manager, Campus Property Services to lead the daily operations of building maintenance, custodial, and grounds across campuses. You will direct and coordinate activities, implement SOPs, review reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure reliable facilities services.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years supervisory experience in facilities management, familiarity with CMMS/BAS, and strong safety knowledge.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in facilities or operations.
• Experience supervising teams in a maintenance environment.
• CFM or FMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with safety codes and OSHA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and schedule custodial, grounds, and maintenance teams.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs; manage budgets and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes; coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain operational reports and performance metrics; utilize CMMS for work orders.
