Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a Facilities Services Manager to oversee campus operations, construction projects, and MEP systems across a large academic campus. You will lead and mentor teams, champion open communication, and drive operational excellence in facilities management.

The role emphasizes planning, coordination, budgeting, and collaboration with executive leadership to advance facility strategy and safety across the hospital and campus facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• CHFM certification or eligibility within 3 years of hire.
• Healthcare Construction Certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facility operations, projects, utilities, and grounds across campus.
• Lead and develop high-performing facilities teams.
• Coordinate design and construction for new/renovated spaces.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and long-term facility plans.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence across departments.
• Partner with executive leadership on facility strategy and risk mitigation.
• Mentor staff and promote professional growth.
