Qualifications

• Manage budget, manpower, schedules, and invoices.
• Lead supervisors of grounds, maintenance, plumbing, HVAC.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain CMMS records and prepare reports.
• Ensure life safety compliance and participate in commissioning.
