Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent with 8 years of professional experience.
• AA/AA from two-year college with at least seven years related experience and/or trade school training.
• Preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC/refrigeration, process controls, or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities Maintenance team and coordinate with GC Facilities Management and architects.
• Oversee capital improvement projects and ensure alignment with campus needs.
• supervise contractors, subcontractors, and tradespeople; manage workload and safety compliance.
