St. Mary's Parish in Annapolis, MD seeks a Facilities Coordinator to partner with the Facilities Director, providing administrative, operational, and project support to steward the campus and resources.

This role blends executive coordination with hands-on facilities management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, an exceptional communicator, and highly organized, capable of driving projects, coordinating vendors and compliance, and serving as a central hub for the facilities team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 years in facilities management or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and organize work effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general operations and logistics for the Facilities Department.
• Assist with vendor procurement, project RFPs, bid review, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Facilities Director to ensure smooth operations across locations.
• Support audits, permits, inspections, and compliance tasks.
• Issue parking passes and manage key fobs for parish employees.
• Oversee space management system scheduling and maintain the Facilities calendar.
• Document processes and maintain maintenance records.
• Purchase furniture, custodial supplies, and other materials.
