Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial/industrial real estate with facility management experience.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering and building management.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations (janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, maintenance).
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate contract programs to address issues.
