Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance.
• Industrial or trade school graduate or certificates.
• Knowledge of one or more building trades.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of routine maintenance duties.
• Monitors, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and lighting.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC support as needed.
• Repairs and maintains flooring, walls, and fixtures across facilities.
• Maintains records of work performed in the work management system.
• Ensures safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
