Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance role as outlined above.
• Industrial or trade school graduate or certificates.
• Knowledge of one or more building trades.
• Must pass pre-employment background check; valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of routine maintenance duties.
• Monitors and repairs electrical systems including lighting tubes, fixtures, and lenses; assists licensed electricians.
• Maintains and repairs HVAC systems and related components.
• Monitors and maintains plumbing systems; repairs leaks and cleanouts; assists plumbers as needed.
• Performs carpentry tasks including drywall, window, cabinet, flooring, and door installations.
• Repairs and installs flooring (carpet, tile, wood, vinyl) and minor surface work.
• Loads and organizes materials; records work performed in the management system.
• Maintains safety practices and records, and ensures proper tool use and storage.
