Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field; progress in facilities management is a plus.
• Five years of progressively responsible facilities maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience overseeing maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Maintenance Supervisors and provide leadership to staff across locations.
• Establish goals, service standards, and departmental priorities.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations for college facilities and building systems.
• Coordinate preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion of requests.
• Coordinate capital improvements and facility renovation projects.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
