Qualifications

• Willingness to perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities operations to keep campus buildings, grounds, and equipment safe and functional.
• Support scheduling, prioritization, and monitoring of maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with vendor coordination, work orders, and event logistics.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Provide customer service and communicate with campus departments.
