Qualifications

• Requires at least an Associate’s degree or two-year college equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate hours) and at least three years of prior-related work experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent if substituting experience for education.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, plans, coordinates and evaluates the maintenance function for assigned campus(es) to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, facilities and/or grounds.
• Directs and assigns maintenance personnel; assists as needed.
• Communicates with department managers regarding status of work orders.
• Analyzes work orders to ensure tools/materials are available; prepares requisitions.
• Directs and coordinates work orders and prioritizes tasks.
• Engages with vendors regarding purchases and contracts.
• Maintains records of work orders, pricing, personnel, and payroll certification.
