Job summary

Confluence Academy seeks a Facilities Coordinator to perform maintenance across multiple campuses and respond to HVAC-related issues. You will manage work orders, procure and inventory equipment, and coordinate with administrators and vendors to maintain safe, clean facilities.

The role supports the Director of Operations and crosses with Transportation duties, requiring clear communication, project coordination, and reliable transportation to travel between campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Electrical and HVAC certification(s) preferred or demonstrated extensive technical knowledge and training in HVAC and electrical systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and interpret incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to critical HVAC issues and manage maintenance work orders network-wide.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery, inventory and storage for related equipment, furniture and fixtures.
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and housekeeping; assist Director of Operations on projects.
