Job summary

Seaside School Consortium, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Facilities Manager to oversee the North Campus operations and maintenance, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment for staff, students and visitors.

You will manage day‑to‑day facilities activities, coordinate repairs and renovations, implement preventive maintenance, supervise staff and contractors, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of North Campus facilities, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of campus assets.
• Supervise and lead facilities staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, including procurement of supplies and services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with campus departments to support special events, space planning, and facility improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate resolution.
