Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in facilities management in educational or institutional settings.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with facilities management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of North Campus facilities, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations for safety and compliance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Supervise facilities staff, contractors, and vendors for high-quality service.
• Monitor facility budgets and procurement of supplies and services.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with campus departments on events, space planning, and improvements.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resolution.
