Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership of a maintenance team.
• Experience with budgeting and vendor relations desirable.
• Independent school experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team.
• Coordinate work order assignments and preventative maintenance.
• Manage supplies and inventory and work with vendors.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Troubleshoot and complete maintenance projects across campus.
