Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the physical and mechanical upkeep of our property. You will manage maintenance, coordinate capital projects, supervise staff, and ensure safety and tenant satisfaction on a busy campus community.

The role requires hands-on leadership, HVAC and electrical certification, and a track record of reliable maintenance operations. You will work with the General Manager to plan budgets, schedules, and contractor bids, keeping

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; HVAC and electrical certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate repairs and manage contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain painting and cleaning of the property (internal and external).
• Perform mechanical work, code work, fire alarm checks, and in-house capital improvements.
• Schedule capital projects and manage bids with outside contractors.
• Repair appliances and boiler systems; obtain prices and quotes for replacements.
• Ensure monthly inspection reports for boiler machinery are completed.
• Oversee night and weekend maintenance staff and communicate with General Manager.
• Ensure payroll for maintenance staff is accurate and timely.
