Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage 25Live scheduling software for approvals and reports.
• Own and coordinate the master event calendar.
• Book classrooms per term with IT and academics.
• Coordinate event operation logistics campus-wide.
• Manage inventory of event furnishings and equipment.
• Coordinate movers' schedules and meet with clients.
• Develop and issue invoices for facility rentals.
• Oversee seasonal employment and ensure policy compliance.
