• Hire, train, and evaluate student staff of at least 10 workers.
• Develop and assess student learning outcomes for programs.
• Negotiate and review contracts for programs offered by Student Involvement.
• Support campus-wide programming and department initiatives.
• Respond to campus emergencies and serve on committees.
