Job summary

Vance-Granville Community College seeks a facilities operations leader to plan, organize, and direct the Plant Operations Department. You will supervise maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, and renovations, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safety and efficiency across campus facilities.

The role is onsite at the Henderson, NC Main Campus, with travel within the service area; strong knowledge of BAS and project coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; 3–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Operations Department activities including maintenance, repairs, grounds, custodial services, and renovations.
