Qualifikationen

• Experience in custodial, environmental services, hospitality, warehouse, production, or facilities maintenance.
• Experience following basic work instructions.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the area outside the facility remains neat and clean.
• Assist with floor care, including shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors, and stripping and finishing floors.
• Clean, stock and maintain the male and female restrooms.
• Assist with room set-ups and breakdowns for special events.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and remove trash throughout the facility.
• Follow job requirements and directions from building supervisors.
• Use proper cleaning materials, operate janitorial equipment safely and per protocols.
• Other duties as assigned by the building supervisors.
