Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial maintenance experience.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial cleaning and maintenance following OSI Team Cleaning procedures.
• Maintain quality and efficiency according to established standards.
• Adhere to work rules and professional appearance guidelines.
• Ensure building security by following unlocking/locking procedures and carrying UT ID.
• Handle on-duty cleaning and event setup, including table linens and related items.
• Respond to emergencies and clean up after incidents (e.g., floods).
• Work overtime as required, including before/after shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Substitute for absent coworkers and assist team as needed.
