• Responsible for tenant communications strategy and execution.
• Leads leasing tour experience, welcome gifts, and onboarding.
• Manages lounge and conference center amenities.
• Creates and distributes tenant newsletters.
• Monitors social media and optimizes online engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hospitality programming across campus.
• Coordinate with centralized Presence platform team for engagement initiatives.
• Oversee calendars, reservations, and bookings of amenities and spaces.
• Prepare annual tenant engagement budget and KPI tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and visitors to resolve issues.
