Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Industrious Experience to own the tenant programming across commercial assets.

You will design activations, manage budgets and logistics, update the tenant app, and personally engage with tenants to build connection and trust. In this role, you’ll balance creativity with operational discipline, curating tenant perks, coordinating events, and ensuring communications are timely and on-brand across channels.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in community, hospitality, or customer-facing work.
• Experience delivering tenant programs, events, or comparable hospitality work.
• Clear, adaptable communication; manage a content calendar or newsletter.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a dynamic calendar of tenant events to build community.
• Manage all aspects of community events including budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution, and reporting.
• Oversee tenant app content, newsletters, signage, and notices to maintain timely communications.
• Build strong tenant relationships and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
