Job summary

Medium in San Francisco is seeking a Tenant Experience Programming Lead to curate the building's culture by owning the strategy, calendar, and rhythm of our tenant community events. You will design experiences that promote connection, productivity, and longevity, partnering with the Experience Director to deliver high‑impact activations that drive leasing velocity and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing full-cycle event operations in premium settings.
• Proven ability to own standards, service delivery and team performance in high-volume environments.
• Experience driving revenue and efficiency via planning, staffing and resources.
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and annual calendar for all tenant events.
• Design experiences supporting leasing velocity and tenant retention.
• Collaborate with the Experience Director to translate strategy into action.
• Plan, scope and run shows from broker events to daily tenant rituals.
• Track attendance and feedback to deliver measurable program impact.
