• Experience with a CRM system (Slate preferred).

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for campus tours and support admissions recruitment.
• Supervise student tour guides and ambassadors with scheduling and feedback.
• Develop and maintain tour guide training and policies.
• Use Slate to publish tours and manage day-to-day communications.
• Maintain campus tour calendar and coordinate presentations.
