Job summary

The Summit Church Associate Campus Director will oversee Guest Services and the Membership Pathway at a mobile campus, handling everything from the parking lot to the auditorium and catalyzing all connection points for the Summit Church.

You will recruit, train, and lead volunteers, manage weekend setup and tear-down, and ensure exceptional hospitality and opportunities for first-time guests and members across campus activities.

• Ability to visualize how weekend ministry details fit together.
• Self-starter who still thrives in a team context.
• Teachable spirit with eagerness to learn.
• Ability to recruit, lead, and delegate to volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of large campus events.
• Manage baptismal tank setup, materials, registrations, and logistics on Sundays.
• Implement the GS culture at campus level and lead parking to auditorium teams.
• Oversee the First Time Guest (FTG) process and engage guests in follow-up weeks after visits.
• Onboard new volunteers and provide training events throughout the year.
• Oversee set-up/tear-down teams and ensure spaces are ready for worship and school operations.
• Coordinate trailer transport to and from each weekend.
• Own assimilation and membership processes from first engagement to covenant signing.
• Assist members in connecting to serving opportunities and ongoing discipleship paths.
