Elevation Church in Summerville, SC is seeking a Full Time Guest Experience Ministry leader to oversee campus operations and guest care. You will coordinate worship experiences, lead volunteers, and ensure services run with excellence for all guests.

The role emphasizes leadership development, volunteer coordination, and adherence to church values. You’ll work Sunday through Thursday, in-office, with opportunities for growth and continued ministry impact.

• Assist in leadership of the campus to ensure worship experiences run with excellence for guests.
• Oversee and grow volunteer teams including Welcome Area, Greeters, Ushers, Campus Safety, Volunteer Headquarters, Operations, and Parking.
• Develop leaders and connect guests with volunteer teams for meaningful involvement.
• Implement standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for areas overseen.
