Job summary

The Summit Church is seeking an Associate Campus Director of Men’s Discipleship and Prayer for the Capital Hills Campus. This role leads men’s evangelism, builds a campus strategy, recruits and coaches volunteer leaders, and promotes a culture of prayer across ministries and weekend services.

You will supervise men’s initiatives, attend staff meetings, and coordinate campus-wide prayer events while modeling spiritual maturity and a strong commitment to the church’s vision.

Qualifications

• Active prayer life and visible spiritual maturity in daily life.
• Self-motivated with a humble, teachable spirit and discipleship focus.
• Ability to research, adapt, and implement best practices for men’s discipleship.
• Capable of creating or adapting curriculum for men’s discipleship.
• Able to set goals and build processes to achieve them.
• Strong ability to communicate and execute vision across teams.
• Excellent people skills and relational leadership.
• Membership in The Summit Church or willingness to become a member.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPC men’s discipleship to reach unchurched men and equip them to reach others.
• Plan, promote, execute, and evaluate all men’s initiatives at CPC.
• Recruit, develop, and coach leaders who actively reach others and grow the ministry.
• Mobilize men to serve the church and community as part of growth.
• Attend staff meetings and report on men’s initiatives.
• Cultivate a strong culture of prayer across the campus and weekend services.
