Job summary

Southeast Christian Church is seeking a CMT Student Associate Director to shepherd and develop campus student ministry leaders, strengthen programming systems, and execute campus initiatives in alignment with the church’s vision to reach students across all campuses.

Working with the Central Student Director, you will coach campus pastors, build trust, and ensure clear, intentional ministry experiences from arrival through dismissal, fostering spiritual impact and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 5+ years of ministry experience.
• Strong coaching, relational, and communication skills.
• Experience strengthening programming systems and ministry execution.
• Ability to lead collaboratively across teams and campuses.
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Central Student Director to shepherd, coach, and develop campus student ministry leaders.
• Build meaningful relationships with campus pastors and ministry staff to strengthen alignment, trust, and collaboration.
• Serve as a sounding board and support for campus leaders as they navigate leadership, team health, and ministry challenges.
• Work directly with campuses to enhance programming experiences and execution for middle school and high school environments.
• Translate vision and strategy into practical, repeatable rhythms that campuses can execute with confidence.
