Job summary

Southeast Christian Church's Prospect Campus is seeking a Campus Production Director to lead all production ministry for weekend services, events, and campus initiatives. You will supervise production systems, develop volunteer teams, and partner with ministry leaders to create distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Technology, Media Arts, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in live production, church production, broadcast production, or a related field.
• Experience leading volunteers and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and events as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technical aspects of weekend services, rehearsals, and events.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteer production teams.
• Oversee production systems maintenance, documentation, and reliability.
• Collaborate with campus staff and ministry teams on events and initiatives.
• Budget and resource management for campus production.
