Qualifications

• ServSafe certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans menus according to guidelines and standards.
• Trains kitchen staff on food prep, safety and equipment use.
• Manages cleaning schedules and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains inventory to ensure availability of products.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and safety policies.
• Engages in meetings and staff development activities.
• Leads and directs campus dining operations.
• Ensures quality and cost-effective service for guests.
