The ideal candidate has experience leading complex multi-unit food service environments, with a track record of managing food and labor costs, menu development, and staff growth in hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• Progressive culinary leadership experience within hospitality or multi-unit dining.
• Experience overseeing multiple kitchens/outlets or service platforms.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing culinary teams.
• Strong understanding of food cost controls, inventory, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary vision across multiple dining venues and service platforms.
• Develop innovative menus reflecting seasonality and guest preferences.
• Partner with leaders to ensure a consistent, exceptional guest experience.
• Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Recruit, train, and mentor culinary managers and kitchen staff.
