Bon Appétit Management Company seeks a Campus Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and day-to-day kitchen operations at Carthage College. You will drive exceptional food experiences, cost controls, and talent development across campus outlets.

The role requires experience managing complex, multi-unit food service operations and a strong focus on food safety, guest satisfaction, and innovation in menus. Relocation assistance is available and relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Progressive culinary leadership experience within hospitality or related environments.
• Experience overseeing multiple kitchens, outlets, concepts, or service platforms.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing culinary teams.
• Strong understanding of food cost controls, labor management, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Experience creating and executing diverse menus in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary vision across multiple dining venues and service platforms.
• Develop innovative menus reflecting seasonality and scratch cooking.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure a consistent, exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, flavor, and execution.
• Drive culinary innovation and best practices; recruit and mentor culinary managers.
• Foster an inclusive culture and support professional growth of the culinary team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for culinary operations.
