Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and day-to-day kitchen operations at Carthage College. This role requires relocation to the Kenosha, WI area and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have progressive culinary leadership experience across multi-unit environments, strong food and labor cost controls, and a track record of developing culinary teams while maintaining high standards of food safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Progressive culinary leadership experience within hospitality or food service.
• Experience overseeing multiple kitchens, outlets, or concepts.
• Proven success leading and developing culinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary vision across multiple dining venues and service platforms.
• Develop innovative menus reflecting seasonality and guest preferences.
