Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a Campus Executive Chef to lead multi-unit café operations, partnering with a GM to own and drive the success of the client food program. You will oversee culinary strategy, staff development, and supplier relations, while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on culinary expertise, and the ability to manage complex programs across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited culinary institution; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ supervisory culinary experience in high-volume service.
• Proven budget management and financial goal achievement.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.

Responsibilities
