Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all campus catering events from inquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, campus partners, and key stakeholders.
• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events to exceed client expectations.
• Lead event staff and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Address client requests, concerns, and last-minute changes professionally and timely.
• Identify opportunities to grow catering sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support the General Manager in driving operational success across the Bistro and coffee shop.
• Support employee scheduling, labor management, and staffing plans.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, inventory management, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest service.
• Oversee the coffee shop operation and assist with overall business growth.
• Manage marketing initiatives, promotional programs, and campus outreach to increase engagement and sales.
