Job summary

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking a Student Life Reservations Coordinator to assist with reserving spaces for events within Student Life facilities. This role emphasizes customer service and collaboration with RSOs, faculty, and staff to coordinate memorable events.

You will enter requests into our event management software, help with room setups, AV equipment, and liaise with external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide follow up and troubleshoot issues to ensure event success.
• Coordinate events including room setup, AV and sound equipment, and coordination with outside service providers.
