Responsibilities

• Initiates, plans, schedules, and manages university events for internal and external clients, coordinating location, facilities, audiovisual, technical services, supplies, and personnel.
• Collaborates with staff and clients to establish event goals and objectives; develops procedures; manages timelines; creates task assignments; proposes resources.
• Coordinates financial transactions including invoicing and building use agreements; monitors accounts for events.
