Responsibilities

• Manages, plans, and oversees high-level university events and special projects hosted by the Office of the President.
• Coordinates with university-wide teams to plan and execute large-scale events aligning with strategic priorities.
• Manages executive-level protocol and hospitality activities for the Office of the President.
• Coordinates engagement opportunities with internal and external audiences to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborates with leadership to ensure events reflect the President's vision and institutional priorities.
• Represents the Office of the President on committees related to events, hospitality, and protocol.
