Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Federal Work Study award is required.
• Must attend a training date to complete the hiring process.
• Able to present original IDs per Federal I9 requirements if hired.
• Cannot hold another FWS position concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Venue Operations team with setup, teardown, or event execution.
• Assist with setup and conversion of the Curb Event Center Arena, Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, and other campus spaces.
• Handle equipment such as tables, chairs, lobby furniture, and athletic gear as needed.
• Work part-time with a recurring weekly schedule averaging 4 hours per week.
• After training, a hiring manager will email available weekly FWS shifts to finalize your schedule.
