Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Previous event setup or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload equipment and set up venues including chairs, tables, and stages.
• Work independently under the Event Coordinator’s instruction.
• Ensure correct event space setup per specifications.
• Adhere to event safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees.
• Assist with event security duties.
• Support IT and AV needs during events.
• Provide information and directions to eventgoers.
• Inspect and report equipment damage.
• Pack up and store equipment post-event.
