Job summary

University of Pikeville is seeking an Entry-level CSE Event Production Crew Member to support the Division of Student Affairs and the CSE Experience team in planning and executing campus events. Responsibilities include setting up venues, operating A/V gear, and assisting with the Student Lounge.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and flexible schedule based on events.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and dismantle event spaces with equipment and materials as needed.
  • Operate audiovisual equipment to support presentations and performances.
  • Track and manage event inventory.
  • Assist with Student Lounge setup and engagement.
  • Provide friendly customer service to attendees and organizers.
  • Ensure event setup meets specifications and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
  • Maintain clean and organized event environments.
  • Attend trainings and team meetings to develop skills.
  • Contribute to planning improvements with the events team.
