• Proficiency with Word, Canva, social media and new technology; familiarity with Connect Teams.

Responsibilities

• Officiate intramural games, maintaining safety, fairness, and fun.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment management for games.
• Keep accurate records of participation, scores, and incidents.
• Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Assist with the physical setup and teardown of campus events.
• Operate basic event technology after training (sound systems, lights, etc.).
• Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution.
• Serve as a campus ambassador, offering assistance and direction to attendees.
• Monitor and manage the Student Lounge during scheduled hours.
• Check out equipment and supplies; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Engage with students to promote upcoming programs and services.
