Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years' relevant event support experience.
  • Experience supervising staff.
  • Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one; background check required.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 61 lbs., push/pull 62 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the Campus Production Team's production services for campus events.
  • Coordinate with campus partners, service providers, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; implement a formal training program.
  • Develop and maintain a staff training/improvement program focused on safety, accessibility, and customer service.
