Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an Associate Recruiting Specialist to lead efforts around the summer program, entry-level hiring, and campus outreach from our Orange County office. The role supports interviews, onboarding, and event representation while maintaining compliance and budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five (5) years in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Experience coordinating recruiting, campus outreach, and summer programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts for summer program and entry-level hiring, support interviews and onboarding.
• Build relationships with target law schools, career services, and student orgs; represent the firm at events.
• Support compliance and budgeting for recruiting activities; prepare recruitment statistics and reports.
• Collaborate on marketing/promotional strategies and supervise coordinators to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee work of coordinators during peak periods; protect confidential information.
