The University of Brighton is seeking an enthusiastic Ask Brighton Adviser to join our student enquiry service. You will respond to enquiries across face-to-face, online, telephone and email channels, providing information and guidance to help students access services they need.

This is a full-time, permanent campus-based role (37 hours) across City, Moulsecoomb and Falmer campuses. You will work with colleagues, recognise when to escalate to specialist teams, and support students throughout

• Customer-facing experience with confident and sensitive communication.
• Administrative background and ability to manage information flow.
• Organised and adaptable with initiative to build knowledge across the University.
• Able to recognise when an enquiry requires escalation to a specialist team.
