Job summary

Juno seeks a dynamic field-marketing ambassador to build relationships with student organizations and healthcare programs across campuses in the U.S. You will bring Juno into buildings, run fairs and lunch-and-learns, and recruit ambassadors while maintaining frequent student contact.

This role is travel‑heavy, non‑desk, and not a sales job; it focuses on authentic relationship-building with students and leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Background: 2 to 5 years in a relationship-driven role or campus programs.
• Experience with student organizations, field marketing, or events is valued.
• Ability to build relationships with student leaders and coordinate programs.

Responsibilities

• Build school-level relationships with chapter presidents and leaders across campuses.
• Book and run vendor fairs, lunch-and-learns, and virtual sessions for distant schools.
• Attend conferences and recruit ambassador candidates in your territory.
• Interview and onboard student ambassadors; support ongoing relationship growth.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with students, especially during peak season.
• Follow up quickly after meetings; provide real answers and timely information.
• Be the trusted expert on graduate borrowing, including federal vs private options.
