Job summary

Juno is recruiting a field-based relationship manager to engage healthcare students on campuses across the US. You will build relationships with student organizations, secure on-site events, and identify ambassadors to expand our reach and impact.

This role is not a desk job or traditional sales; it is a travel-heavy, relationship-driven position with a focus on trust and long-term engagement with students and campuses.

Qualifications

• Background: 2 to 5 years in a relationship-driven role, or an outlier track record.
• Experience with campus programs, student organizations, field marketing or events.
• Ability to manage multiple school relationships and event calendars.

Responsibilities

• Build school-level relationships with chapter presidents and student leaders.
• Book and run campus events, vendor fairs, and on-site sessions.
• Attend conferences, network with leadership, and identify ambassador candidates.
• Recruit and onboard ambassadors in your region and provide ongoing support.
• Hold one-to-one conversations with students, mainly via video during peak season.
• Follow up quickly after meetings; convert interest into actions.
• Become the trusted expert on graduate borrowing and aid changes for students.
