Job summary

Juno is recruiting a field-facing role to be the community presence across healthcare schools. You will build relationships with student groups, organize vendor fairs, and run on-campus and virtual sessions to educate and engage students about graduate loan options.

This is not a desk job but a highly active, travel-heavy ambassador role. You will regularly meet with student leaders, coordinate events, and recruit ambassadors while staying ahead of tuition deadlines and market changes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in a relationship-driven role, campus programs or field marketing backgrounds are valued.
• Ability to talk with students about money without it feeling like a pitch.
• Comfort with travel and seasonality, including weekends.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple schools and events.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with student organizations and leadership across healthcare degrees.
• Schedule and run on-campus vendor fairs, lunch-and-learns, and virtual sessions.
• Attend district, regional and national student organization meetings.
• Recruit, interview, and back up student ambassadors in your region.
• Conduct high-volume, ongoing student conversations and timely follow-ups.
• Provide insights on tuition deadlines and competitor activity back to the team.
